Pokusy s obvodem 74HC221 ov\u0161em uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee stejn\u011b jako u origin\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edlohy je i zde nejmen\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed 100pF (u m\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0159i\u010de na rozsahu 99.9nF). Jak maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed frekvence \u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed, tak i hodnota nab\u00edjec\u00edho odporu i linearita na doln\u00edm konci provozn\u00edho rozsahu obvodu 74HC221 byly p\u0159itom na sam\u00e9 hranici pou\u017eitelnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Slepou v\u00fdvojovou v\u011btv\u00ed byl pokus dle [3], kde se \u010dinitel pln\u011bn\u00ed obd\u00e9ln\u00edku na v\u00fdstupu \u010dasova\u010de 555 dalo jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed line\u00e1rn\u011b p\u0159ev\u00e9st na nap\u011bt\u00ed, m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 voltmetrem na b\u00e1zi C520D. Jinak to fungovalo p\u011bkn\u011b. M\u011blo to kompenzaci kapacity m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch \u0161\u0148\u016fr, ov\u0161em v\u011bdom\u00ed ne\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho a nejist\u00e9ho p\u0159evodu st\u0159\u00eddy na nap\u011bt\u00ed a rozsah jen do 10uF vystavily t\u00e9to v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 v\u011btvi stopku.<\/p>\n<p>Nakonec jsem pou\u017eil p\u016fvodn\u00ed konstrukci [1] s t\u00edm, \u017ee jsem pou\u017eil n\u011bkter\u00e1 vylep\u0161en\u00ed z [2]. Po prozkoum\u00e1n\u00ed zapojen\u00ed s \u010dasova\u010dem 555 jsem zjistil, \u017ee tento obvod m\u00e1 u t\u011bchto aplikac\u00ed v\u00fdhodu, nebo\u0165 nab\u00edj\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00fd kondenz\u00e1tor na 2\/3 vlastn\u00edho nap\u00e1jec\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed &#8211; a tedy d\u00e9le, co\u017e je v\u00edt\u00e1no. Obvody \u0159ady 74121 nab\u00edj\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00fd kondenz\u00e1tor na 1\/2 vlastn\u00edho nap\u00e1jec\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed a tedy produkuj\u00ed krat\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy &#8211; co\u017e je \u0161patn\u011b, nebo\u0165 pak pot\u0159ebuji v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed plnic\u00ed frekvenci n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho \u010d\u00edta\u010de. V\u00fdhodou verze s \u010dasova\u010dem 555 a zejm\u00e9na pak 7555 je nav\u00edc mo\u017enost pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch nab\u00edjec\u00edch odpor\u016f, tak\u017ee jsem se s pl\u00e1novan\u00fdm plnic\u00edm kmito\u010dtem \u010d\u00edta\u010de 500kHz dostal na po\u017eadovan\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed rozsahy.<\/p>\n<p>Suma sum\u00e1rum, verze s \u010dasova\u010dem 555 jela p\u011bkn\u011b, dokonce se poda\u0159ilo fintou dos\u00e1hnout i plynul\u00e9 kompenzace parazitn\u00ed kapacity samotn\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0159i\u010de na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch rozsaz\u00edch. Po p\u0159echodu na ICM7555 jsem je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161il probl\u00e9m s implementac\u00ed takov\u00e9ho druhu zapojen\u00ed s 555, kde jsou v\u00fdvody TRIGGER a RESET spojeny dohromady. U \u010dasova\u010de 555 je v n\u011bkter\u00fdch aplika\u010dn\u00edch pozn\u00e1mk\u00e1ch tento druh provozu uv\u00e1d\u011bn jako regul\u00e9rn\u00ed konstrukce, u 7555 to v\u0161ak nefunguje. To je z\u0159ejm\u011b ten p\u0159\u00edpad, kter\u00fd katalogy obvod\u016f 7555 v\u0161ech v\u00fdrobc\u016f popisuj\u00ed kulantn\u00ed v\u011btou &#8222;identick\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada obvodu 555 v t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ech aplikac\u00edch&#8220;. Tak tady to slovo &#8222;t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159&#8220; neplat\u00ed. Ale \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je jednoduch\u00e9. Sign\u00e1l se p\u0159ivede pouze na vstup RESET a se zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm minim\u00e1ln\u011b 100ns (ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed jsem nezkou\u0161el) n\u00e1sledn\u011b na TRIGGER. Je to d\u00e1no zm\u011bnou ve vnit\u0159n\u00edm zapojen\u00ed 7555 v\u016f\u010di 555. Prost\u011b u 7555 mus\u00ed TRIGGER b\u00fdt aktivn\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b chv\u00edli po deaktivaci RESET, aby bylo jasn\u00e9, kdo je posledn\u00edm aktiv\u00e1torem vnit\u0159n\u00edho klopn\u00e9ho obvodu. M\u011bl jsem dv\u011b voln\u00e1 hradla NOR, tak jsem jimi tento sign\u00e1l zpozdil. Ov\u011b\u0159oval jsem i zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed jedn\u00edm hradlem 4050 a zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed bylo rovn\u011b\u017e dostate\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Moment\u00e1ln\u011b pracuji na ochran\u011b m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho \u010dasova\u010de 7555 v\u016f\u010di pr\u016fniku vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed ze vstupn\u00edch svorek pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00fd kondenz\u00e1tor. Zapojen\u00ed, u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 u 7106\/7107\/7135, zde nefunguje. Paradoxn\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ed\u0159adn\u00e9 odpory ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdsledek m\u00e9n\u011b. Ale to je z\u0159ejm\u011b d\u016fsledek sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e9 konstanty ve spojen\u00ed s parazitn\u00ed kapacitou ochrann\u00fdch PN p\u0159echod\u016f v\u016f\u010di nap\u00e1jec\u00edm nap\u011bt\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Co tento p\u0159\u00edstroj um\u00ed?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>osazeno obvody CMOS \u0159ady 4000 (jeden obvod 74HC00) &#8211; tedy bez jak\u00e9hokoliv mikroprocesoru<\/li>\n<li>t\u0159\u00edm\u00edstn\u00fd displej na b\u00e1zi obvodu MC14553 (relativn\u011b dostupn\u00fd kompletn\u00ed integrovan\u00fd t\u0159\u00edm\u00edstn\u00fd \u010d\u00edta\u010d v \u0159ad\u011b CMOS 4000)<\/li>\n<li>m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed kapacity v rozsaz\u00edch 1000pF (rozli\u0161en\u00ed 1pF) a\u017e 10mF<\/li>\n<li>spojit\u00e1 kompenzace parazitn\u00ed kapacity p\u0159\u00edstroje potenciometrem (0\u00f7100pF)<\/li>\n<li>jednotn\u00e1 indikace p\u0159ete\u010den\u00ed blik\u00e1n\u00edm \u00fadaje 999 na displeji<\/li>\n<li>synchronizace \u010dasov\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny s frekvenc\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b (m\u00edrn\u011b sni\u017euje oscilaci m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho \u00fadaje)<\/li>\n<li>m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed \u010das max. 2 vte\u0159iny (na rozsahu 10mF a\u017e 20 vte\u0159in)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed zb\u00fdv\u00e1 dod\u011blat ochrany vstupu a doplnit p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed obvodov\u00fdch prvk\u016f pomoc\u00ed rel\u00e9. Zku\u0161enosti s p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00edm mechanick\u00fdmi oto\u010dn\u00fdmi p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010di Lorlin z GME ukaz\u00e1ly, \u017ee n\u00edzk\u00e9 nab\u00edjec\u00ed proudy t\u011bmito p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010di nelze spolehliv\u011b sp\u00ednat.
